I don't think that the listing I found in the phone book is the same one you mention living in Josane, which is near Udbina. Josane and Udbina are not in Karlovac County they are in Licko-senj county.
Here is the one I found in the current online phone book in Karlovac County which is area code 47
MANDIC NADAMandic Selo, Mandic Selo 12(+385) 47 8923 178
Mandic Selo is only about 9 miles SE of the City of Karlovac, near Vukmanic. Here is an old 1910 Croatian County Map for Modrus Fiume County, after the map loads set the bottom browser bar all the way left and the side bar at mid point. Locate Vukmanic and you will see Mandic Selo on a ridge just below and just slightly to the right. This place would be in area code 47. Josan and Udbina are quite a bit further south in Licko Senj county and are in area code 53.

The Mandic that you are talking about is living in Udbina. There is one
home occupied in Mandic Selo but they are not Mandic. The Mandic you are
talking about I met in Udbina and then he brought me to my Grandfathers home
in Josani (Mandic Selo). He is my Grandfathers nephew. I had a guide out
of Karlovac that took me to Udbina. It took about two hours of driving to
get to Udbina in the rain. If anyone wants Tonja's information (guide) I
have it. Her father is from the same region so she knew it very well. The
Serbians from Udbina and Josani are just recently being located back in
Croatia. Most of them older and have come back to their home to die. They
are being located in Udbina because most small villages are still very war
torn. Also, the owners of the Korana Hotel found the guide for me and
also a driver. Anyone going to Karlovac must stay at the Korana. It is new
and the service is fabulous.

outside Karlovac. There is a Mandic Selo, as there is at least one MANDIC
found in Karlovacka County living at Mandic Selo, which again would not be
near the Josane. However I don't know exactly where this selo is located.
