On a relative from Cres 2nd marriage record in 1805 Portugal, it says he was
a widower and his first wife, Antonia Baxixe (Antonia Bacich-sp?) died in
Trieste. He was born in 1763 in Cres and he would have been 37 years old by
1800 - thus far I have not found a record of their marriage (in Cres or
Trieste, I do not know but I am guessing Cres). I do need to go back to FHC
and try to find this record and I also do not know if they had any children.
Is there any way to find a record of her death in Trieste? Anyone familiar
with Trieste records, do I need the name of the parish they were in, etc.?
