So if you have any documentation, she had to be born between 1777 and

Hope you have better success downloading them than I do. There are
presently 100
counties in NC and this has a list of them and the county from which they
were developed.
Hope this helps in narrowing down where to search.
You may tie into Dean's family. Rowan is 3 counties north of the SC
line.And Tennessee is very close to both areas.
