Sorry it took me this long to respond - been very busy the past few days.
Here is what I know about Dewey: He was born about Sept 3, 1898 in
Tuscaloosa, AL
He was the son of Katie Alabama Jones Crocker and Walter Ray Crocker,
both born in Alabama. Dewey married Gertrude Gregory Crocker
(1903-1977). Hope that helps. If you can tie into this family, please
let me know. I don't know when Dewey went to Jackson, TN.
