I have Nova Scotia Crockers also, but could not find your names listed in my
info. But the location is right, so it could be tied in somehow. Here is an
outline:
Pelatiah Crocker, m Joanna Gowing 23 Feb 1724, probably Reading, Ma.
Ch:
James
John
Timothy
Elizabeth
Johanna
*Paul, b 1729, Lunenburg, Ma.
Paul Crocker m Lydia Austin 4 Jun 1750, Lunenburg, Ma. Known Children:
*Paul
Mary
Paul Crocker, Jr, m Thankful Gates abt 1790??? Children:
Mary
Elizabeth
Hettie (Mehitable)
*John, b 28 Mar 1797, Nova Scotia
Susannah
Ruth
Anna
James
John Crocker m Eliza Anne Chesley (Banks).......a story here ) 31 May 1821,
Wilmot, NS, d 28 Mar 1876, bur Tremont Cemetary, NS(I have a picture of
gravestone) Children:
William
Susan Eliza
*Abigail, b 6 Apr 1827
James
Alden
Sim(e)on
Margaret Ann
Ruth Etta
John Dexter
Israel
Nellie Wilemina
Abigail Crocker m Richard Pirl Aldred 17 Maay 1851, maybe Boston, he was a
British sea captain, they lived in Margaretsville, NS and their stone can be
found there. Then I lose the name.
So these people lived in Annapolis and Kings Co, and I looked up Canning and
it is in Kings Co also. I have not followed any of the lines other than my
own, except for a cousin I corresponded with who is desc from Ruth Etta
Crocker listed above. Through Eliza Banks, the family is desc from
Priscilla and John Alden of the Mayflower. Perhaps this all has nothing to
do with your line, but thought I'd pass it along. Good luck.
