Good morning, Cousins:
I found a refferral to the Crooker line in Myris Handley Notes that may
be of interest to some of you. "Mr. William A. Walter - R.R. 1, Box
44A, Independence, Missouri (1953 address) said his Crocker collection
number over ten thousand names, and is anxious for someone to complete
data. His mother was a Crooker, and finds names mix. He has studied in
the East in the Libraries."
I wonder if this old gentleman is still living? Or if any of his
descendents are on our Crocker List. His Data could be very infromative
with over ten thousand names. This is all Handley had to say concerning
him. Is any of his relatives on the list? Does any of you live in or
near Independence Mo. who might look into this?
