To BD Crocker:
Thank you most sincerely for sending me your England Crocker file of names
and addresses in England. I'm uncertain, at this point, just how I will use
them, inasmuch as they have arrived unexpectedly, but I suspect I shall
think of a way to put the list to good use!
To satisfy my curiosity, could you tell me where in the list I might find
names of Crockers who live on the Isle of Wight? I must admit I'm
astonished there are so many of the name in England... and you indicates
this is only a "partial" list! I wish I had known when I was last in
England that I would be writing genealogies about American Crockers only a
decade later! At that time, however, such an activity was furthest from my
mind...
If YOU are on the list, I'm unable to identify you... Thanks again,
