Doreen... You shall have a copy of the index. I MAY even publish it on the
List... in short takes as suggested tonight by Sara -- so that people who
can't receive a long e-mail can print it. I've worked hard on it, yes, but
the book is NOT MINE, and anyone who has the book or can find one in a
library, could certainly use the index.

I plan to check with Dean and Barry and see what they about putting it on
the List before I do it. In fact, this message will serve as a query to them
about doing that... as my contribution to Crockers... and to the List which
has proven such a wonderful connection for me to Crockers everywhere.

Dean? Barry? What are your thoughts on this?
