I am not sure where they originated, but they settled in
Alabama/Mississippi. The names I have are John Calloway Crocker, born
3-30-1835 in Marengo Co., Ala., died Aug, 1894 in Leake Co. , Ms., who
married Elizabeth "Bet" Jane Strait, born 12-6-1835, died 12-17-1917 in
Leake Co. Ms....his son was Robert Clarke Crocker, born 8-4-1859,in Ms.,
died 3-16-1944, in Philadelphia, Ms.married to Florence Dorman, born 1861,
died in Neshoba Co.,Ms. whose son was my great grandpa, William Robert
"Bunch" Crocker, born 12-1-1892 in Ms., died 6-5-1975 in Jackson, Ms, and
buried in Cedarlawn Cemetary Philadelphia, Ms. and married Francis
Cornealia "Nealie" Russell on June 6, 1911 in Ms.. She was born 12-3-1894,
and died in Jackson, Ms 9-20-78, right next door to my grandmother Burdie
Katherine Crocker Culberson, who just passed away Nov., 4, 2001. My e-mail
