I am also desc. from James Crocker and Alice Swift, but not
through daughter Thankful.
In William Swift of of Sandwich, it lists the marriage of
James and Alice, but no children.
In John Howland of the Mayflower, vol. 2, pages232-234
is inof on daughter Thankful and the marriage to Scovel
you mention. The ONLY mention of a marriage to an Andrews
is and the end it has:
Note: A Thankful Crocker, perhaps this one, before her marriage
to Timothy Scovel, had a daughter, Roxillana Andrews, who was born in
Colchester 24 July 1758.
This is from Colchester vital records.
That is all the info I have. If Elizabeth White and Edwin Coles
could not prove it, you are in for a difficult task.
I assume you know that as a desc. of James and Alice you are
a desc. of John Howland of the Mayflower!
