Hello:

I am attempting to verify the residence of my grandfather, Christen
Nielsen Christensen in 1898. On a ship's manifest of immigrants in
1898, he indicated that his final destination in the USA was 248 Cedar
St. in New Haven, CT. Could anyone verify that address and residents
residing there with either the 1900 census or perhaps a local City
Directory for the years 1898, 1899, or 1900. Any response, advice, or
suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks
