Hi Anthony,
This is the closest we come to your Robert.I even did a national
search...how I found this one.Only thing is he was b.1872.Save the info.On
my grand-mothers d.c it had her 8 yrs younger than she actually was...and my
aunt,her daughter was the informant! Notice Robert is spelt wrong.
