Hi Loreen,
I sent this info along ( I just happen to have the Greens in the city directories
for those years) just in case any relative of yours might have been in the New Haven
area at any point. Perhaps this Charles is some relation, or not. For example, if
your Charles was missing from Norwalk in 1885, 86, 87 ... there IS a Charles,
carriage painter in New Haven in those years. He might be yours.
New Haven and Norwalk are not the same, but people traveled around a lot more than
we think they did. . I am only sending this along ... not to confuse ... but
perhaps to help. My own philosophy being; better too much information than too
little.
