Hi, folks,

I'm trying to locate this family in 1850:

William Ward (b. 1814 in England or Ireland) m. Mary (b. about 1816 in Ireland)

Children alive in 1850:

Thomas (b. about 1840 Ireland)
Jane (Jennie) (b. about 1842 Ireland)
Elizabeth (Lizzie) (b. about 1844 England)
John E. (b. about 1846 Ireland)
William (b. August 1848, Bristol, Hartford Co., CT)
Joseph Henry (b. Oct. 1849, Bristol, Hartford Co., CT)

The problem is that William, Sr. moved around quite a bit. He was a
miner, and was supposed to have gone to CA in the gold rush. As far as I
know, however, his family stayed in Bristol. It's possible that Mary was head-of-household.
