Andreas Ochsenkopf was a Hessian Soldier who deserted from The Convention Army near the Mass - Conn Line. He is not found in the records which show the Hessian returning to Canada. Nor is he to be found in the NY or PA census of 1790 and 1800. The surname of Ochsenkopf can take a number of different forms. Two are shown. Would someone please check to see if this person or one with a similar spelling can found in the census? Thank you Grant
