Elaine -

I found a reference to the parents of John Mitchell at familysearch.com. It
does list his parents but, of course, would have to be checked out. I put
in John Mitchell, date 1689 and a family list did come up. If it is
correct, he came from Duxbury, Plymouth, MA. Do check out
www.familysearch.com and you will find the complete Family Group (correct or
not).

I was interested because my husband's family has Spencer roots and also
Ackley roots at a much later time. My gap is with the Ackleys.
