Would you mind sharing your sources for Charles Foster Simpson who is my
direct ancestor. It is my understanding that North Brookfield did not exist
in 1778. The marriage record lists him as Charles SIMPSON as does the Vital
Records of Ashfield and his Revolutionary War Pension Application. The only
place I have found that gives him the middle name Foster is a record that
might be from a family Bible. That last sentence is almost a direct quote
from the person who scanned the record and sent it to me. I would like to
find something more substantial to prove he has a middle name.

Thanks,
Marla
