Could you look up and see if there is a death recorded for the following
man. I have a death date from the freedom of information officer in the SS
department but no location of death.

Edward Thomas Campbell is the name he went by all of his life birth name is
Robert Ed Campbell.
Died 8/12/1956
DOB 2/5/1893
SS# 383-01-3106
