Seeking leads on Charles and Caroline (Merrill) Decker, married in Norfolk on February 27, 1862. Caroline died November 14, 1877. These two may have had two children, one of them F.W. Decker who later became postmaster at Philmont, NY.

Also seeking assistance on where to look to find marriage, birth and death records in this locality.
