Here is what I have concerning the "Abel/Hine" clans so far.
Ira H. Abel and Almira Hine were my G(x3) grandparents.

As always, please take this with a grain of salt, I have a long way to go to verify and confirm. Will try to send this to your e-mail address as a Word doc attachment.

I am looking for Almira's ancestors so any clues would be appreciated.

(Robert came with the Winthrop fleet in 1630 and first settled at Weymouth. As his father's will in 1630 makes mention of a child of Robert's but most of his children weren't born until the 1640's, Joanna may very well have been a second wife. He moved to Rehoboth about 1643 and was licensed to keep an Ordinary (tavern) there in 1656. His oldest surviving son stayed in Rehoboth, but several of the other children followed their mother to Norwich, CT after her second marriage).

He married Mary MILLER 25 JUN 1701, daughter of George MILLER. She was born 1687, and died 7 AUG 1731.
