If Tolland County has an address, I can't find it, so I will use the one
nearby. I am looking for any information on the Skinner family. There were
two brothers Jacob and Joseph. They lived in the town of Hebron at least
until 1791 when they moved to Norwich, New York. Jacob had a daughter,
Dorothy. Anyone seen anything on this family and if there is a historian for
Tolland or Hebron area. Thanks.
