Elizabeth PHELPS, wife of John WADE, was daughter of Charles and Elizabeth
(TIFFANY) PHELPS, according to a deed dated 24 Nov 1789, Lyme, CT (Lyme Land
Records 20:144). Charles PHELPS was son of an earlier Charles PHELPS.
Elizabeth was daughter of Nathan and Sarah (?ELY?) TIFFANY. I have no data
on their children, if any.
