It may be ordered through a Family History Center from Salt Lake City, UT. It cost me about $2.50.

It starts with JAMES1 MacWithey of Dedham, MA md. Mary Everett and their children were:

As I recall, the 3rd generation drops the "Mac" of MacWithey, so it is just WITHEY.

It ends with my (violet's) ancestors:
Mary4 Withey (Ephraim3, David2, James1) md. Lieut. David Green (John, William) of Griswold Lots of info including location of the GREEN Burying Grounds, Ephriam's will in relation to Mary, and more.
