Julianne Fishell

I finally found Lisbon, New London County, CT -- on CT-122, just north of
I-395 and before Jewitt City, CT

"Nancy PECKHAM, of Lisbon, m- Benjamin C. GREENE of Griswold, 27 May 1827";
and their daughter Abigail Jane GREENE b. 1835 m. William Frances SPRAGUE b.
1834; in 1859, at Central Falls, RI. Is there any connection to the town of
Sprague (now Hanover) to the Sprague family?

Benjamin C. GREEN is a grandsons of:
1) LT David & Molly (Withey/MacWithey) GREEN Preston/Griswold area, who was
of "same stock as the Greens of Spry Rock" (see: Mr. Daniel Phillips,
compiler of "the History of Griswold, p 337, which I found quoted in "The
MacWithey Family of Preston, Connecticut", by Ada R. Chase of Norwich, CT),
published in TAG, Vol 19. pp 141-150 (obtainable from LDS.),
and
2) Ist LT Benjamin CRARY & Amy Stanton (2ndly, Abigail Stanton), lived in
Volumtown, Preston, and Plainfield, CT .[Descendent of Peter Crary m.
Christobel Gallup, d/o John & Hannah (Lake) Gallup].

Thanks to all from CTNEWLON-L, who helped idnetify this towns location.
