The Hannah ROGERS who m. Robert SANDERS, 6 Sep 1779, Lyme, CT, was widow
Hannah (MILLER) ROGERS, b. 5 Nov 1741, Lyme, CT, daughter of Noah
and Mary (WALLER) MILLER and widow of Lemuel-6 ROGERS [Ebenezer-5,
John-4, John-3, Joseph-2, Thomas-1 of the Mayflower]. That means that
neither she nor her first husband were of the same ROGERS family as
James-1 ROGERS of New London, CT.

I can't find any connection between Abraham EMERSON (1726-1806) of Lyme
and his son Theophilus EMERSON (1758-1776) and any Mary ROGERS. The
mother of that Theophilus was Deborah-5 LORD, b. 26 Nov 1730, d. 9 Jan
1770, Lyme, CT [Theophilus-4, Thomas-3, William-2, Thomas-1]. Do I have
the wrong father-son pair?

Regards,

Robert
