I have 6 old photos given to me by a deceased Broadhurst relative from Norwich that show scenes from a devastating flood. None are dated but the photos are similar in style and age to other photos I have from the 1920s and 1930s. I assume they are from Norwich. One is marked Yantic Cemetery, two are marked Freight Offices March 13 and March 19. One shows an iron suspension bridge, another shows a downtown scene with Smith's Pharmacy and Columbian House Rooms as the only identifiable store signage. Does anyone know the date of this flood? Does anyone want a copy of the photos?
