I was told that an ancestor of mine was buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Salem. The ancestor was Nancy (Hopkins) Walden who was the wife of David Walden of Salem. Nancy died in Salem 4 March 1851. I have never heard of the Evergreen Cemetery in Salem, but was told that is was on Rte. 85. Does anybody have any information on this cemetery?
