I am looking for information on a young woman who lived in the location that the house i grew up is now in. Her name was Gyllian but unfortunatly i do not know what her last name might be. She did suffer an early death. She would have lived and/or died in the Palmertown part of Montville, near the old Palmer School, but before Montville was its own town and still part of New London. Using physicall locations, the area would be at the bottom of Pie Hill (few know it as this tho, later it was known as Sharp's Hill) and near the Oxoboxo River a few miles up from where it flowed into the Thames River.
She is not an actual relative but part of a mystery i am trying to solve. Unfortunatly i am at school in New Hampshire and cannot get back to Connceticut to browse libraries and whatnot. I would greatly appreciate any information or assistance in solving this.
