Hi everyone,
I've had an overwhelming response to the offer I made to do lookups,
so I'm going to do what I should have done when I made the offer.
Last year, I posted the names from the book to the Litchfield County
list. If you go to the link below to search the Litchfield archives, just type
in a surname and search in 2004 for any of the surnames you are researching.
When you type in a surname, be sure to read all the messages that appear,
since each one will have some mention of the name you typed in.
If you find a family that only has a partial listing of the children that
you knew they had, it could be that they moved out of the Town of Litchfield,
but could have still been in Litchfield County. Like I had mentioned,
these records are only for the Town of Litchfield, in Litchfield County.
