Otis Library:
Reference Librarian Dianne Norman at Otis Library (261 Main Street, Norwich,
CT 06360, (860) 889-2365) can direct your genealogy inquiries to resources
such as Stedman's Directories, local history books, and area listings

Reference Librarian, Dianne Norman did help me a lot; but then she was a
cousin through my GREEN/GREENEs of Preston/Griswold Area of New London
County, CT.

Also, many local libraries with a genealogy reference library will do carry
the DAR books.
Also try:

1) http://www.dar.org/ DAR
The National Headquarters of DAR is in Washington, DC.

2) http://www.sar.org/ SAR
The National Sons of the Revolutionary War (NSSAR) headquarters is in
Louisville, KY:
