I am searching for information on the Durruthy (Also spelled Durruty)
family that emigrated to Santiago de Cuba in the early 1800's. The first
immigrant was apparently Felix Durruthy, who became a large landowner and
investor in a railroad. There was also a Juan , presumably his son, who
owned coffee and cacao plantations. They may have emigrated from
Haiti. Any help would be appreciated
