My 2nd Middle name is "de la Caridad," for the Caridad del Cobre, my
mother's favorite saint. I was not, however, born on September 8th,
Cachita's day, but on May 27th, which leads me to believe that the parents
chose the name according to their own preferences, not the priest.
Regards, Vivian Narvaez
