Dear Martha,

We;ve corresponded before, several years ago. Now I have learned that my
great-uncle, Wenceslao Galvez y Del Monte was married to Alma MOREIRA, and
they were still living according to Ellis Island records (stopovers on the
way from Paris, and a visit to my father living in New York) in 1923.
Wenceslao wrote the first book about baseball in Cuba, was very active in
Cuban baseball, and was also a lawyer & judge, as well as a writer. Do you
have any connection to information on Alma Moreira? Wenceslao was from
Matanzas; I don't know about Alma's place of origin.
