I'd been searching my sister VIOLA HOWELL(birth name) for more than fifty
years.I am a British citizen and resident of South Florida.My father Cyril
Howell also a British citizen living in Cuba for over seventy years.He was
a member of the U.N.I.A. CULTURAL AND MUTUAL CLUBS and was a resident in EL
VEDADO,MARIANAO,BUENA VISTA AND VIBORA. According to information I
recieved,my sister VIOLA HOWELL was born in Cuba.I have tried to obtain the
whereabouts of my siter Viola Howell. With this purpose in mind I was
migrated to U.S.A. from England after the second world war.The last
information that I recieved about my sister Viola Howell is that she
married a French Canadian citizen and a few weeks ago she was seen in the
area of the supermarket PUBLIX in the area of Tamarac in Florida. We are
kindly asking that any person who knows Viola Howell or have any
information of her whereabouts.Please call me collect at this
