Hi Geraldine,

The usual entry consists of:

Surname, first name, occupation, parish, sometimes exact abode, year of probate,
documents available (e.g. will, admon, inventory, tuition bond), and any
reference numbers.

Of course it depends on the information being on the documents in the first
place!

Examples:

HALL, Agnes, wid., Carlatton E.P. WI
That one has the year missing!! But a Will and Inventory are available.
