There are two Henrys who died in 1712.

Sir Henry Fletcher, MP, of Hutton-in-the-Forest was unmarried and died in
Frace in 1712. He did leave a will - this was proved at the Prerogative
Court of Canterbury [PCC]. You can download this, on a small payment, from:

Henry Fletcher of Tallentire also died in 1712. His burial is recorded in
the local parish register. It seems that he didn't leave a will.

They were distant cousins. I mentioned the Fletchers of Hutton-in-the-Forest
just in case Mary came from them and was only staying at Tallentire.
