I believed this James' mother to be Catherine Fleming of Huntingdon Co, PA
but now not so sure. Can anyone help? This has been a mystery to me since
the 1970's and I am no closer to an answer.

James CURRY born 1810 PA died 1887 Decatur Co IA married 1836 Huntingdon Co
PA Hannah ARMSTRONG born 1818 PA died 1852 West Twp Huntingdon Co PA.
Children were Thomas, Agnes, John Wilson, Rachell UPP, Joseph Reed and
William Andrew Curry. These children ended up in Highland Co PA, Knox Co,
IL, Decatur Co, IA; and Buchanan Co, MO.

James married second widow Arabella Houseman Hartman.
Children were Mary Ann RIDDLE and Martha Ellen KNOWLES.

James may have had a sister Mrs. Ephraim (Elizabeth CURRY) FULMER born in
Centre Co, PA and died in eastern Iowa. Her obituary was in the family
collection of papers.
