Sonja,

All the suggestions you have made - Step by step guide, new forms and revamped
Census input forms - sound great. I look forward to seeing them all operational
- particularly the family Census form. That would be a great improvement as far
as I'm concerned.

Add my voice to the folks who have been satisfied with the service you give. I
have had no complaints in that regard at all.
