Mike (Tennant) and others,
This problem with the child's name not going to the Master Index only
appears to be happening in version 2.3.9. It was never a problem with
earlier versions.
Mike Sheldon last asked for a solution on 27 August, and no doubt he is
still waiting for a solution as the rest of us are.
