Thanks for that Dick and also Geoff. I posted my message because I was
experiencing this difficulty and I had not seen anything on the list from
any other subscribers or Sonja regarding this problem. Unless one is
actually told that others are having the same or similar problems it is too
easy to assume that you are on your own and everyone else is happily
migrating away like mad.
