Dear Anne,

No I didn't see the image until the 6th reinstall when there it was loud and
clear. The previous 5 times I installed the programme it was not there at
all also on this last occasion several other items happened which had not
happened before. I take it the other people who didn't see it also had the
same problem

I am at present just sitting on this programme until such time as the makers
can confirm a download will correct the vast number of errors. I have
wasted enough time already.

Not being a computer expert, when I started the installation I read
everything that came up very carefully. One of the first screens contained
the instructions on how to keep the box with the codes visible for more than
6 seconds, I think it was. When the screen first came up I didn't have time
to find the "lock" thingammy, but the second time I managed it. Didn't
anyone else see these instructions?

Anne
