Friends.

Re correcting index on Custodian 2.4.0

I have some 30 odd listings in the beginning of the index in which the first name and surname are both in the first name column. A couple of entries which were corrected in other areas have not flowed through to the index.

Iam sure it is a problem of changing a read only file, but I don't know which. Am I half right or half witted!

Perhaps someone could enlighten me.
