Help

I'm trying to print out an Index to School Admission registers which includes the parents/guardians names and can't get the columns I want included to show in the Master Index

I want Surname, Given Name, Pupil Number, Participant

When in the School Admission Register section I've tried Preferences, Name Index options and allocated Pupil's Number to User Field 1 and saved it but when I go to the Master Index the User Field 1 is empty
