Do an Index Check in the data form to rebuild the school entries in your
Name Index.

Help

I'm trying to print out an Index to School Admission registers which
includes the parents/guardians names and can't get the columns I want
included to show in the Master Index

I want Surname, Given Name, Pupil Number, Participant

When in the School Admission Register section I've tried Preferences, Name
Index options and allocated Pupil's Number to User Field 1 and saved it but
when I go to the Master Index the User Field 1 is empty
