Patty, there are two different year fields in the Clooz tables. The year
that appears in the PeopleFileLink table is the year from the Census
Details screen (where you enter the date of the census). The year for the
census from the Census screen (the first screen where you enter the
Personal File #) is in the Documents table, but it may be hidden. You can
unhide it (called YearPub) by going to Format/Unhide Columns in Access.
There is also a field called Year in the Documents table, but that's not
used for the census records.
