Several people have pointed out to me that Microsoft's Year 2000 Product
Analyzer was indicating that Clooz was not Y2K compliant. I have looked
into this situation and discovered that the problem was not in Clooz, but
in several of the Microsoft drivers that are distributed with Clooz. I have
just posted a Press Release on this issue at
http://www.ancestordetective.com/press.htm#Y2K so you can take care of the
issue when you have time. As far as the operation of Clooz itself, I still
maintain that it is Y2K ready in its current configuration, because it does
not have any date fields within the program. The fields where you place
your dates are text fields, which are not affected by Y2K concerns. But, I
have made the downloads of the drivers available to Clooz users just to be
extra careful and make sure that nothing happens to your computers at
midnight December 31, 1999 because of any files that come with Clooz.
