Jerry,
Here's an easier way to check for # of commas per line:
Import the file into a word processor program so you have more functions,
then search and replace the commas with tabs. Move the tabs until you have
easy-to-read columns. You should be able to see if any line has the wrong #
of columns and therefore too many commas. Fix them, then search and replace
back to commas.
Alternatively, you could just search for Jr. or Sr. and see if one shows
up. That's a common problem with imports. It should be in the manual.
