Thanks Elizabeth. Since I'm so new to this it's hard to articulate exactly
what I am looking for but here goes. If I enter 10 birth certificates each
with their own number (BC 001 through BC 010) and some are from the State of
California and some are from State of Texas, how can I get a report that
just shows Texas? Clicking on Sources on the Hub shows entries for State of
Texas over and over again. This source list so far just doesn't do one thing
for me so maybe I am doing something wrong.

Select Sources is where you pick a specific source to get a report of. If
you want a report of all sources, you select All Sources. I'm not sure what
you mean by all instances of the same source. If your source is linked to
more than one document, that will show up on the individual source report.
