Why must you keep the database under Clooz? You can put the database
wherever you want. I have my databases in subdirectories with the name that
I've named the database. For instance, I have a directory called Kelley,
and all of my Clooz and genealogy and research stuff for that name goes in
that directory. For me, that includes all people and ancestors on my
father's side of the family. There's nothing anywhere that says you have to
keep your database in the Clooz folder.

Why not just name the digital document the same as you've named it in
Clooz? That's how I have my photos stored. That way I don't have to do any
thinking or calculating, the name in Clooz is the name of the digital file.
It's much easier (in my mind).
