Interesting (maybe!) footnote on Catholic Diocese. Each diocese touches the
sea or a navigable river. Is this coincidence or design. If it was design,
was it so that the bishop could travel to Rome without crossing the diocese
of another bishop?

Congratulations to James Gardner on his recent submissions. I didn't notice
his name until early March, but since then he has contributed much; thanks.
